Our product contains a blend of oils including: Citrus limon (Lemon), Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender), Mentha piperita (Peppermint), Melaleuca alternifolia (Tea Tree), and Carrier Oil

Directions

Apply on chest, back and or bottoms of feet. Diffuse near bed for restful sleep. If you choose to take orally mix with honey in spoon. Take oral at own risk.

Keep out of children's reach. Possible skin sensitivity. Do not use if Pregnant. If under doctor's care, please consult. Avoid contact with eyes and other sensitive areas. Do not take any essential oil internally without consultation from an aromatherapist.
