Directions

Hormones: rub on the back of the neck, temples or bottom of feet, Clary Sage, Lavender, Bergamot, Chamomile, Cedarwood, Ylang Ylang, Geranium, Fennel, Carrot Seed, and Palmrosa

Release Diffuser blend: 5 drops of Palmrosa, 5 drops Ylang Ylang, 5 drops Mandarin, diffuse for 30-60 min

Body Lotion: add to 4 oz bottle of unscented lotion with pump; 10 drops Ylang Ylang, 15 drops Geranium Rose, 10 drops Lavender and 5 drops Cedarwood. Shake to mix well.
